Privacy policy

REGVANCE (the controller) respects your privacy. This website is designed to collect only what is needed to answer a business enquiry.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, business email, organisation (optional), the topic you select and your message. Please do not include confidential client information, personal data of third parties or sensitive case details.
• Technical data: the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first measurement that records aggregated page views without tracking individuals.

Why, and for how long

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you and, if you become a client, to prepare our engagement (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and then deleted, unless a business relationship follows.

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. Hosting, content delivery, anti-spam (Turnstile) and, where used, delivery of form notifications. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Namecheap, Inc. Professional mailbox hosting for REGVANCE email.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Only if used for delivery of form notifications.
• Agalma. Technical operation of the website and domain on behalf of REGVANCE under a data-processing agreement. Agalma does not receive the content of your enquiry.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).

Anti-spam

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from bots.
